1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)
and
individuals or legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) who enter into a purchase agreement through the Seller’s online store www.myvelourie.com (hereinafter referred to as the “e-shop”)


2. Subject of the Contract

  • The Seller offers physical goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) for sale through its online store.
  • These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of every purchase agreement concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.

3. Prices

  • The Seller is not a VAT payer.
  • All prices are final and include all fees (excluding shipping and delivery costs, which will be specified separately).
  • The Seller reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.


4. Orders and Conclusion of Contract

  • The Buyer may place an order via the Seller’s e-shop.
  • The Buyer is required to provide accurate and complete information necessary for order processing.
  • Upon receiving an order, the Seller will confirm its receipt by e-mail. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order, only acknowledgment of receipt.
  • The purchase agreement is concluded only after the Seller confirms the order.

5. Payment Terms

  • The Buyer can pay for the ordered products using the payment methods available in the e-shop.
  • If payment is not received within the specified period, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order automatically.
  • Payment is considered completed only after the amount is credited to the Seller’s account.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and destination country.
  • Delivery is carried out through courier services and Packeta pick-up points.
  • Upon receiving your package, please check its condition immediately.
  • If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, record this in the delivery report and contact us as soon as possible.
  • The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the Buyer.
  • We deliver to EU countries. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
  • Customers may also choose Local Pickup (address: Trieda Andreja Hlinku 606/27, 94901 Nitra, SK) as a delivery method.
  • Once your order is prepared, you will receive an email notification with:
    • confirmation that your order is ready for collection,
    • the exact pickup address,
    • and available pickup times.
  • If needed, an individual pickup time or alternative meeting point may be arranged upon prior agreement with the Buyer.
  • When choosing Local Pickup, the Buyer is responsible for collecting the order at the agreed location and time.

7. Withdrawal and Return of Products

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 30 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
  • The Buyer must return the product no later than 14 days after notifying the Seller of the withdrawal.
  • The product must be returned complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging, if possible.
  • The Buyer bears the cost of returning the product.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that were custom-made or personalized, or to products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
  • The Seller will refund the Buyer all payments received (excluding any extra delivery costs chosen by the Buyer) without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
  • However, the Seller may withhold the refund until the product is received back or until proof of return shipment is provided.

8. Complaints and Warranty

  • The Buyer has the right to submit a complaint for purchased products in case of defects.
  • Complaints are handled according to applicable Slovak law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.
  • The Buyer must deliver the complained product to the Seller along with a description of the defect.
  • The Seller will process the complaint within the period prescribed by law, but no later than 30 days.


9. Personal Data Protection

  • The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data solely for the purpose of order processing, delivery, and accounting obligations.
  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except for those necessary to fulfill the order or as required by law.
  • Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with GDPR (EU) Regulation 2016/679. More information can be found in the section Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions

  • These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of their publication on the Seller’s website.
  • The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. New Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of their publication.
  • Legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
